Just signing and sending the last page in the 485 which doesnt have much Data .you can save a lot of time. You can verify online the data entry work done by the para-leagl and you are good to go and save couple of days ..i moved to a small firm ( from a over priced attorney ) and he was quite good. My forms are ready to pickup by Fedex in the evening from Attorney's office
Well you have a option to hire your own attorney and get things done the way you like.... But, In my case, like many other I have to get my paper work done by the immigration attorney's part of my company in-house legal department and they are pretty good at getting things done, but not at the time farme you want to get things done.
In my case all the documents must be sitting at my attorney's desk with all the requried docs, etc.. They just need to attach the employment letter, checks and review/ship it... But have no clue when this will be done. Hope it is within the first week. Just got one email that they understand the urgenecy and will do at the earliest. No other updates.

BTW my case was received by NSC on 8/15, and so was my wife's. Her EAD card status still says "Case received and Pending".

That footer would kick arse to techno music. I love the techno music! I think you just aren't pleased with it because it's yours. I know I am not fully pleased with mine. But I keep getting compliments on it, so I guess it is good.

Josh, I'm so blown away by those atomic bomb looking clouds that I never even got to the one with the deer! (Nik had some atomic bombs over a barn last week also). I think you make all the relevent points; the first 2 certainly can benefit from some post processing in Photoshop. Those clouds are really it, but the needed something else to frame it, branches, grasses, something. I noticed that the horizon was treed, so assumed that the shore on which Kenny was standing had some trees, I "framed" the pic as if it were shot with trees framing it. Attached is the result which shows how finding objects to create a "frame" for the picture can make a world of difference. Also, I had to guess at the actual sunset color scheme. Since I wasn't there, I opted for the most dramatic. (hope you don't mind me messing with your pic Kenny, but it lent itself well to the discussion of framing and processing and illustrates better than words what I am getting at).
Other than higlighting a few things, I kind of like the deer one the way it is. It's almost a "where's Waldo", but that's what I like about it. Nature itself plays the "where's Waldo" game on us.

at first glance it seems 245(i) is kicking in real hard.
Look at EB-3 numbers for Mexico, Phillipines, Pakistan, South Korea, Guatemala, Brazil, Equador, Peru, Poland, El Salvador, Bolivia, Ecquador,
Compare this with H1-B data and you'll see what I mean.
Also EB-1 seems unusually high at ~37,000

Call your employer and ask him for all these documents. These are agreements between your employer and client. He should have these.

i am kinda confused since i dont work for a consultant , also my company dont have a fixed client.
I work for on an in-house project which sells services online to different people. We dont go out and sell it, we dont do custom softwares, we help people in doing their paperwork and charge a little fees.
in this case who is our vendor and client. i am assuming that the employer and petitioner is my boss but i dont know who would the other two be

My I-140 receipt date is Feb'20 2008..
My I-140 Approve date is Sep'24 2008
My 6 years H-1 will be completed by Jan'2010..but still my H-1 was denied..

I have similar question. My visa on the passport has expired in Dec 2005. But we have valid h1 extention approval. what I have to select for the question "Are you applying for same visa class that expired in the last 12 months?"
'yes' or 'No ' for this question.
If I select 'no' it is not showing any appointments dates :confused:

Urbana in Frederick county. The schools there are the best and lots of Indians and property tax is pretty low compared to other places.
